About Zelixy
It started with one restaurant and eight invoices.
Zelixy started as a project for one restaurant in Heidelberg that was paying for eight tools that didn't talk to each other. We built the till, the ordering portal, the reservation system, the website and the printed menu as one system, then realised every restaurant in the street had the same eight invoices.

What we care about
Compliance without drama
The till has to be right, every day.
Certified TSE, DSFinV-K export, updates when the rules change. Part of the subscription, not a paid upgrade.
One source of truth
Menu, guests, staff and money in one place.
Change a price once and the till, the QR menu, the website, the platforms and the menu board follow.
Support from people, not queues
A person who knows restaurants answers.
A team in Heidelberg that knows your setup and answers in German.
Fair pricing
Pay for what you use, keep what you earn.
Modules from €29 a month, card payments on your own site at 2.5 % + €0.25, and no platform commission on your own orders.
