Modules and money
No. Every module works on its own. Many restaurants start with Ordering and Online presence to get out from under platform commission, and add the till later.
Yes. If you keep your own terminal, Zelixy handles the reconciliation. If you process payments through Zelixy, the fee is 2.5 % + €0.25 per transaction for EU cards.
Online orders, deposits, vouchers and kiosk payments are processed at 2.5 % + €0.25 per transaction. Payouts go straight to your bank account; we never hold your money. Platform orders (Wolt, Uber Eats, Lieferando) are settled by the platform and carry no Zelixy fee.
Yes. Add a module any time; remove one at the end of a month. The setup fee for a module is charged once, when it is first added.
The second location gets 40 % off every module (20 % off Sales), and you see all locations in one dashboard.
12 months, then monthly. Annual prepayment gets you two months free.
Setup
A single-module start is typically live within a week. Complete, including menu import, TSE registration, website and staff training, takes two to four weeks depending on how quickly we get your content.
We do. Menu import, tax rates, floor plan, website content, print menus, staff training on site or by video. Setup fees cover this work; they can be spread over 12 months.
Your current menu (any format), your legal details for the imprint, logo and photos if you have them, and an hour of your time for the kickoff.
You can use your own tablets, terminals, displays and printers. If you prefer a tested set, we quote it separately.
Compliance
Yes. Zelixy uses a certified cloud TSE, produces KassenSichV-compliant receipts, logs cancellations without deletion and exports DSFinV-K for your tax advisor. We provide the data you need for the tax-office register and the procedural documentation (Verfahrensdokumentation).
We update. Compliance changes, new DSFinV-K versions, receipt requirements, registration duties, are part of the subscription, not a paid upgrade.
Data and support
Your data belongs to you. It is hosted in the EU, and you can export it at any time. We work under a data-processing agreement (AVV) as required by the GDPR.
Yes. Phone and chat support in German during opening hours, with an emergency line for till issues.
Yes, that is Branded apps. You get native iOS and Android ordering apps under your restaurant's name, your own domain and no Zelixy branding, on top of everything in Complete. It is priced per project after a first call, and is aimed at groups with three or more locations.
Zelixy is operated in Germany from Heidelberg, where your contract, setup, support and invoicing are handled. It is built by Daleenda, a software company from Ismailia, Egypt, which also holds the contract for the certified TSE. Zelixy has been running in restaurants and shops in Baden-Württemberg since 2026.
